Shipping & Returns

Basic Shipping Info

We have two methods of getting you your products!

Most merch, books, prints etc. are packed and shipped by us, from our home in New England. We aim to ship everything in the same package when possible, for the most convienient delivery to you 🙂

Items marked Manufactured on Demand in the item description are made by outside companies, with our designs printed on them. These are shipped separately from items that we send ourselves.

We priotise working with companies that are environmentally friendly, who do not use sweatshop labour. If you want more information of the companies we work with, contact us.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In the USA, we ship USPS first class package. Orders that only include books are shipped via media mail. Including the time taken for us to pack, orders take between 1-3 weeks (in some cases less) to arrive.

International orders may take between 1 and 12 weeks to arrive, depending on the country. We ship using USPS and UPS.

We cannot give shipping time estimates for preorders, only status updates.

All orders should send tracking numbers to your email. Please contact us if you did not receive a tracking number.

Items shipped by other manufacturers do not automatically send you a tracking number via, but we can pull one up for you if needed.

Please take into account COVID19-related delays.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but sometimes things go wrong!

If your item is damaged in transit (eg. an acrylic standee snapped), or was incorrectly made (for example, we accidently sent a b-grade enamel pin) we can handle it in two ways.

We always offer partial refunds for b-grade products that you want to keep! Just contact us with photos of the error and we will offer you the partial refund. And you get to keep the item!

For items damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund to the value of the cost of the item. Please contact us with photos of the error and let us make it right ♥

Please contact us instead of filing a report with Paypal. Paypal will tie up the funds and make it a lot harder for us to refund you, and they may even ban our account. We are much more able (and happy!) to help you than Paypal!
